Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 25, 2026

Prosperemus LLC (“Prosperemus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website prosperemus.com and publishes the Kinetic Suite of Microsoft Power BI custom visuals (Kinetic Map, Kinetic Map 3D, and Kinetic Timeline). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@prosperemus.com.

1. Power BI custom visuals

What data the visuals access

The Kinetic Suite visuals run entirely within the Microsoft Power BI environment on the user’s device or within the user’s Power BI tenant. They read data from the Power BI report dataset that the report author has explicitly bound to the visual’s field wells (for example, unit names, grid coordinates, dates, and symbol codes). This data is provided by Power BI and is subject to the user’s own Power BI data governance and Microsoft’s privacy terms.

Data transmission — Kinetic Timeline

Kinetic Timeline makes no external network requests. All processing occurs locally within Power BI. No report data, user data, or license key information is transmitted to Prosperemus or any third party by this visual.

Data transmission — Kinetic Map and Kinetic Map 3D

Kinetic Map and Kinetic Map 3D fetch map tile images from third-party basemap providers in order to render the background map. By default, tiles are fetched from Esri (ArcGIS Online). If a user configures a third-party provider such as Mapbox or Stadia Maps, tiles are fetched from that provider instead. These tile requests contain only geographic coordinates and zoom levels necessary to retrieve the correct map image — they do not include any data from the Power BI report (unit names, positions, dates, etc.), nor any personal information about the report viewer.

Relevant third-party privacy policies:

License keys

Kinetic Suite visuals include an optional license key field in the Power BI Format pane. License keys are validated locally within the visual using a format check only. No license key or any other information is transmitted from the visual to Prosperemus servers. If you purchase a license, the transaction and associated account information are handled by our licensing platform; see Section 4 below.

No telemetry or analytics

The Kinetic Suite visuals do not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or any telemetry. We have no visibility into how, when, or by whom the visuals are used within Power BI reports.
